我的一根筋式投资
二十多年前，误闯丛林，做起了保健品的销售及生产生意。经过几年的折腾，生意有起色，口袋里有了些现金，现金存银行保不了值，于是想着投资，当时3种选择，一是投资股票，那时意愿不高，主要是自己有2000年60多元买的个股，几天之内就降到了一元的经历， 一朝被蛇咬，十年怕草绳。二是扩大生意(产)规模，但越向上，市场竞争更剧烈，美国的大药厂，大卖场及连锁店都在分食这场大饼，也许投入的钱那天就打水漂了，想想还是放弃了。三是投资房地产，有土斯有财，当时觉得应该是我们这种人的最好选择，房地产看得见，摸得着，房价即使跌了，还有租金收入，于是我们就马上行动买房子。当时正是金融危机过后，在南加州的内陆城市，有许多破产屋，十万就可以买个3房的单一住宅，可以租到每月900元，我们就用现金连买了好多个，自此算是走向了房地产投资之路，且一发不可收拾。那些年我们保健品生意蒸蒸日上，每年挣的钱全放在了买房上，除了单一住宅，也买单位少的公寓，前后贷了十来个款。后来贷不到款了，就把以前在大学工作时401K账号都关了，钱也用来买房了。除了房产，我几乎没有其它投资。但我投资房产很保守，不去贷高利贷，只买住宅，且要有正现金流。除了自用的办公及店面外，也不去碰商业地产。朋友说我这是一根筋式投资。不管怎样，十几年过去了，这种一根筋式投资收益超出了我原来的想象。
投资房地产叫很多人畏惧的是收租管理，有时碰到一两个渣房客确实叫人头痛，但如果心胸大一点就不是问题。我做保健品生意上有的大客户会购买很多产品，谈成的价格中有个别产品是亏本做生意，但作为一个package，达到挣钱目的就行。这个原则我也常用在房地产生意，房地产出租在美国其实是一个很成熟的行业，有多个房产的房东不必在乎个别房子的亏本，无非就是收不到房租及要花钱赶房客，但钱花了在美国没有赶不走的房客。想起那句话，用钱能解决的问题，都不是问题。这样想，你投资房地产就不会有烦恼了，有的人喜欢跟人打交道，做房地产管理可能更会乐在其中。
在投坛常看到像老朽那样投资房地产成功的好经验，最近也看到有很多投资股票或其它成功的例子，其实很难说哪种投资方法更好，个人喜好不同，条条道路通罗马。但别人的成功极少可以复制，成功在于天时地利和人和。谋事在人，成事在天，自己能做的是，knowledgeable及把握一切可能的机会，这样人生就不会有遗憾。

I have a wide foot and they fit well. I use it for working out, yard work and errands. I would not run in this shoe but on a stair master or bike no problem.

Ive had these before which is the reason i bought them, yes they are squicky so just add baby powder under the sole and on top and itll fix that, i got the 4E and dont worry about the 4E(M) its just men, they feel like ur on a cloud

Worst seller there is would give i stars at all if that was possible. If you are looking for an honest review I got you. I won’t lie the shoes came very fast. I have a couple of issues however. The shoes are not true to size and I order a size 6 woman and I got a size 6 man us size. The shoes were too big. I asked the seller about it and the seller gave me a run around asking for me to measure the shoes, not sure how that’s supposed to help me or help with my shoe size issue. The seller was not willing to assist me, they take forever to respond to a message and I had her trying to resolve the issue but they gave me no solutions and they were just set on annoying me to the point I just ended up giving up. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. If you want my advice there are so many sellers on here and serious ones that’s take their customers seriously, rather buy from anyone than this one. Save yourself the headache and your money and go elsewhere. Thank me later.

Ordered august 21. Arrived sept. 10 USA Has a leather/ chemical light scent. Could be the dye. But it goes away. The chain had some weight to it and the purse closes nice and tight! Love it! Great dupe!
